• All wood materials, sawn timber, plywood, semi-finished, and finished wood products provided by the company.
Not applicable to retail customers or individual transactions.
• Transparency in product information, including all specifications, documents, and origin certificates.
• Absolute confidentiality of customer data, business information, and contracts.
• Respectful and attentive support throughout the entire cooperation process.
• Fair and prompt handling of complaints in accordance with applicable laws.
• Strict compliance with trade, customs, and wood import–export regulations.
• The company only collects necessary data for business purposes (company name, contact details, contracts, transactions, and technical requirements).
• Information is used to execute contracts, manage transactions, provide after-sales service, and fulfill legal obligations.
• No disclosure or transfer of customer information to third parties without written consent.
• Data is safeguarded by technical measures (encryption, firewalls, access control).
• Customers may request to correct, delete, or restrict the use of their data via contact@anhoaphat.vn.
• Commitment to product quality in accordance with agreed technical standards and specifications.
• Every order undergoes quality inspection before delivery.
• In case of deviation, both parties will document and agree on a resolution (replacement, refund, or price adjustment).
• Quality complaints are responded to within 03–05 working days of receipt.
• Monitor product quality post-delivery and handle customer feedback or complaints.
• Provide guidance on product preservation and proper usage.
• Apply flexible pricing and discount policies for loyal customers or large-volume orders.
• Organize customer appreciation programs, conferences, and marketing support for distributors.
Customers have the right to:
• Have their information and legal rights protected.
• Request assistance, file complaints, or update personal data.
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate information and cooperating in complaint resolution.

• Initial response: within 24 working hours.
• Final resolution: within 07–10 working days, depending on the case.
• Disputes are preferably settled through negotiation or mediation. If unresolved, they shall be referred to the Vietnam Arbitration Center or a competent Court.
• This policy takes effect from the date of issuance and forms part of any contracts, memoranda, or cooperation agreements.
