    It applies to all wooden raw materials, sawn timber, plywood, semi-finished and finished wood products manufactured, imported, or distributed by the company.

    Step 2: The technical department reviews and responds within 03 – 05 working days.

    After the warranty period, customers continue to receive technical assistance, usage guidance, and maintenance advice at preferential service rates.
