1. Purpose and Scope

This warranty policy is established to ensure the legitimate rights and satisfaction of customers, distributors, and business partners when using products supplied by An Hoa Phat Co., Ltd.
It applies to all wooden raw materials, sawn timber, plywood, semi-finished and finished wood products manufactured, imported, or distributed by the company.

2. Warranty Conditions and Duration

• The product must remain in its original condition and not be altered, modified, or repaired by any third party.
• A valid purchase invoice, sales contract, or proof of transaction issued by An Hoa Phat must be provided.
• The defect must arise from manufacturing or transportation faults under the company’s responsibility.
• Standard warranty period: 12 months from the date of delivery.
• Specific products may have different warranty periods as stipulated in the sales contract.

3. Warranty Procedure

Step 1: Customers submit a warranty request via email: contact@anhoaphat.vn or hotline: +84 943 438 639, including product photos and a detailed description of the issue.
Step 2: The technical department reviews and responds within 03 – 05 working days.
Step 3: If the claim is valid, the company will provide one of the following solutions:

• Repair, replace, or exchange the defective product.
• Offer a refund or a discount deduction if replacement is not feasible.
  Step 4: Both parties sign a report confirming the warranty result and product handover (if applicable).

4. Cost and Processing Time

• If the defect is caused by the company, An Hoa Phat bears all warranty costs.
• If the issue is due to external factors or customer misuse, repair or transport costs will be charged based on actual expenses.
• Standard processing time: 07 – 15 working days from receipt of a valid claim.

5. Post-Warranty Support

After the warranty period, customers continue to receive technical assistance, usage guidance, and maintenance advice at preferential service rates.
The company encourages regular customer contact for product quality inspection and care to ensure long-term performance.

6. Policy Effectiveness

This policy takes effect from the date of issuance and forms an integral part of all contracts or cooperation agreements between An Hoa Phat Co., Ltd and its customers.
